Jason Koeh do possess the characteristics of an excellent mentor.

He is a good listener to my challenges during liaising with prospects, then he is able to give me straight-to-point feedback to handle client objections effectively. He also values the diversity of perspective when I raise up 2 cents suggestions to improve or enhance assignment work with the team. He provides intensive guidance and motivation.

Constantly help me solve my own problems in terms of lack of confidence to break through gradually, rather than give direction only.  Grateful for his coaching session, which gives backbone support to embark on this FP career.
