Jason Koeh

Jason Koeh, Managing Director at MQ Consultancy Sdn Bhd, is a highly credentialed financial professional with a background in Mechanical Engineering. With expertise in personal financial planning, estate planning, and business financial planning, he has achieved notable career milestones, including promotion to Group Sales Manager in just over three years.


Jason is a Certified Trainer for financial organizations and actively contributes to coaching, training, and writing on financial topics. Recognized in 2020 as one of Malaysia’s accomplished individuals, his current focus areas include business and corporate insurance advisory, career coaching, and personal financial planning, establishing him as a trusted expert in the field.

Business Director

Koeh Ai Ling

Koeh Ai Ling, the Business Director of MQ Consultancy Sdn Bhd, graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition.

Her journey reflects a blend of academic excellence and extensive industry experience. Initially, Ai Ling dedicated four years to the food industry. In 2004, seeking new challenges and avenues for professional growth, she transitioned to the financial services industry, joining MQ.

This transformative shift led to a journey marked by increased personal and financial freedom. Ai Ling, appointed as the Business Director in 2019, demonstrated unwavering passion in the financial services industry, receiving recognition through prestigious awards. Dedicated to elevating community financial literacy, she aligns her personal goals with the company’s vision.

Chin Wei Ling, MQ’s seasoned Business Director with 25 years in life insurance financial planning, also serves as Group Manager for Great Eastern Life Insurance in Malaysia. Starting in her brother’s clothing business after graduating in 1994, she later completed the NCC International Diploma in Computer Studies in the U.K. in 1997 while working part-time.

She entered the insurance industry seeking a change due to limited time freedom and income in her previous job. The autonomy, unlimited income potential, industry growth prospects, customer-centric products, organizational development, and support from colleagues fueled her pursuit of life goals. This shift allowed her more time with family and for personal interests.

A pivotal moment for her was being there for her mother during her illness, engaging in activities, visiting places, and offering support, leaving no regrets. Her first insurance claim experience with her mother’s policy instilled immense confidence in the company. Over 25 years, her dedication earned her the company’s Personal Sales Lifetime Supremacy Membership Award, reaching the position of Group Manager. She remains committed to this rewarding industry.

Tony Loo, MQ Consultancy Sdn Bhd’s Business Director, graduated with honors in 2006 from the University of Malaya, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance & Marketing. He earned a prestigious scholarship from HSBC Bank in 2002, highlighting his recognition among peers.

Starting in the financial industry in 2005, Tony rapidly rose to Group Sales Manager by 2010, demonstrating exceptional leadership and sales prowess. He earned prestigious awards like the MDRT Award, Start Manager Award, and Million Dollar Group Award, showcasing proficiency in personal sales and team development. Notably, he achieved the MDRT Award within five months in 2019, a testament to his dedication and expertise.

Tony is dedicated to promoting financial literacy, leading his team in seminars on financial planning for various associations and events. His passion is evident through active coaching and training sessions within universities and institutions, reflecting unwavering dedication to spreading financial knowledge.

Flexible working hours, and self-experiences about the importance of insurance, hope to spread awareness.

I used to work in different fields, from blue collars to white collars and to heavy labour. From age 17 until now, it already covered almost 20 different work fields. It was the time I explore my suitable career path, and then I found it.

I would said the biggest challenge that I faced before joining this career was TIME. I found out that my work and time is at an equal ratio, I worked -then I earned, and if I stopped, the earning stopped as well.

It tied my time wholly and solely with the job, and yet the salary was the same, barely have increment, barely have recognition. And, it’s another sunrise to sunset and bedtime routine.

Besides, I need to sacrifice a lot of my hobbies, my interests, my family time, and even my friend’s party or hangout. I DON’T have my me time.

It was a great great opportunities that offered in this career, yea it is career, it is not a JOB and neither work. The opportunities from thus far are, I have a more balanced lifestyle, a better self, a greater income as my own wishes, and an elevated living. Most and the most, is the flexibility that this career offered me and the rewards recognition.
