Job Description

TAKAFUL BUSINESS MANAGER/ TAKAFUL LIFE PLANNER

Responsibilities: -

1.

To develop and explore Bumiputera market.

2.

Enjoy to manage and initiate contacts and leads in order to develop new business opportunities.

3.

To conduct fact-find, financial need analysis for customer and ensure prompt advice and solutions are offered to customer.

4.

Ensure our customer’s receive efficient and courteous service.

5.

To promote professionally our Takaful products to customers.

6.

To guide and coach the recruits to become successful Takaful Life Planner by achieving their sales targets

7.

To monitor Takaful Life Planners’ sales performance and provide business and knowledge support needed by Takaful Life Planners.

Requirements: -

1.

Possess integrity, coachable, competitive and ethical character.

2.

Candidate who enjoys continuous learning and possess or currently pursuing a Diploma, or Higher qualifications

3.

Great working attitude: proactive with strong energy drive. Highly self-motivated, productive and results oriented.

4.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5.

Being present enjoying live life to the fullest.

6.

Must have strong customers focus and passion to provide an outstanding level of service.

7.

Possess own transport and willing to travel as needed.

8.

Training will be provided.

9.

Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.

10.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
